"shouted for all to hear" Kim didn't react to the comment because the comment is very likely to not be about her dead child. It's more of "hey kim, you wouldn't know what it's like to be told your children wouldn't be proud of you, so don't go around saying that". I mean PC Big Bro didn't even interrupt and say "Nicola your comments could be interpreted as offensive" so it's evident people are looking for a prob where there isn't one but anyway
