A statement was released basically saying Nicola's comment to Kim was meant in the way that Nicola thought Kim had picked being a high power career woman over having children, and so she thought it was a low blow to bring this up when Kim was criticising her over how Nicola's children would see her.

Do you seriously think the mother of two children would consider mocking the death of a child 'lower'? It's the lowest of the low. Not just 'lower'. Do you seriously think she'd say it anyway?
