Thats not the warning sign, as a few people have gone missing for long periods of time then turned up.

However, there are a large number of warning signs that she is dead and has been since the night she 'was taken'

Just what? There is actually more evidence for the 'conspiracy' than there is for the intruder theory...infact taken by paedos is only backed up by the words of the parents..nothing else

Indeed. Quite why they took the intruder theory as fact for so long instead of viewing those involved as potential suspects is beyond me. we would have had a very different resolution I feel...if all angles had been looked at from the start instead of them chasing an imaginary intruder.
