Rylan Clark-Neal addresses Celebrity Big Brother fix claims

Rylan Clark-Neal has hit out at claims of a Celebrity Big Brother 'fix',

The host of spin-off show Bit On The Side has gone on - by his own admission - a "bit of rant" about complainants aimed at the show.

Rylan was in a Facebook live chat on Thursday when responded to claims of bias on his watch.

He complained: “Do you know what winds me up? I’m gonna tell you this now. One night I’ll get, ‘Oh your audience are so pro-Jedward, it’s so biased.’ The next night, ‘Oh your audience is so pro-Nicola.'

"Do you know what? People have different opinions. That’s what Twitter is for. Voice your opinions!”

Rylan, who fronts Bit On The Side each weeknight, continued: “Stop saying I’m biased. I’m not biased! I get paid quite well to not be biased. I’m never biased.

“If you notice, when someone on the panel says something bad about one of the housemates I’ll find someone in the audience who says something nice about them. That’s my job.”



But Rylan wasn't done there.

He went on: “I know it comes as part and parcel of my job, that I’m gonna get all of these comments on Twitter and that’s fine, I deal with it.

"I just want to put it out there. At the end of the day, I don’t have an opinion. I genuinely don’t."

And Rylan concluded: "Yes, there are certain housemates I like more but I never let that come across on the show. I really wouldn’t.

"It’s not worth my job… I just wanted to put that out there as it’s been bugging me today.”

Celebrity Big Brother's latest series concludes tonight at 9PM on Channel 5 with the live final.

Rylan will be joined by all the housemates and winner on the series finale of Bit On The Side from 11PM.

Sorry but I just don't buy that crap Rylan. You and Emma have demonised Kim and you whip up that fake, sycophantic audience to back you up. I have given up watching you now as I'm sick of seeing the same faces in that audience and you bigging yourself up as though you're a great presenter when you're not. Just my opinion!

It can't be an easy job...it's human nature to like and dislike people. I know it's his job and he gets paid to be unbiased...that doesn't make it easy.
We all know that the audience from one night to the next seem to support a particular housemate.
No matter how much you paid me...if Nicola walked out the winner tomorrow I would find it extremely hard to beef up her win because she is vile.
So give him some slack.

He is biased and he admits in his rants video that he likes Nicola a lot and that she is a great guest too. He says he would love to be able to talk to her and advise her to chill a bit.

I hate it when they get men haters like Michelle Heaton on the BOTS panel who only ever support their own trashy mates ...the level of bias that takes place is massive and Rylan should use his power to challenge the producers more instead of just rolling with it

I'm usually not arsed about him in general anymore, but the fact he's preaching about unbiased he is when he was dragging Speidi on BOTS from entry night.

I'd be biased if I was the host so I'm not dragging him for that but for him to be quite clearly biased and then claim otherwise is laughable.

Considering Michelle Heaton is one of Nicola's close friends and went on BOTS and said she was on Jedward's side over Nicola's, I think you have her all wrong!

And from what I've seen over the series (about 15 episodes) he's very anti-Nicola and pro Kim and Jedward. I'll be annoyed if Nicola doesn't get invited on BOTS anymore because of it.

I Def don't have Michelle Heaton wrong.....it's appalling what she gets away with and I loath everything that she is...she openly said on BOTS that Marco Piere White was a sexual predator who was forcing himself onto Laura ....and this time she's AGAIN cast aspersions about Jamie taking advantage of a vulnerable female.....makes me more angry than anything else connected to this show and it goes largely unnoticed by the viewers and completely unnoticed by idiot Rylan and the producer's.....horrible hateful woman
