Big Brother 7's top female Aisleyne Horgan-Wallace has become a patron for Brain Tumour UK.

The 28-year-old model became aware of the charity when her best friend Lisa Connell was diagnosed with a brain tumour last year. After taking part in a 10K run in aid of Brain Tumour UK last month, Aisleyne decided that she wanted to work with the organisation on a regular basis.

"When I discovered that Brain Tumour UK received donations of less than £200,000 per year I was shocked and knew I needed to join the team and help raise awareness and money to make a difference to people's suffering," Aisleyne told Easier.com.

"Compared to other charities Brain Tumour UK’s donations are seriously low although a surprising number of people of all ages and all backgrounds suffer from this often devastating condition."

The organisation's chief executive Jenny Baker said: "Brain Tumour UK is delighted to welcome Aisleyne on board as our newest patron to help us lead by example and inspire others, especially young people who may themselves be living with a brain tumour or others who are planning to help the charity raise much needed funds."

Oh my God. Can't an ex-housemate do anything in the slightest without being accused by you of copying Nikki? And charity isn't supposed to be about who does more charitable work than who, it's about helping people, not following in Nikki's footsteps or trying to get publicity.

Anyone can donate to charity. If Aisleyne did a 10K run, then I'm sure she's hard-working enough to contribute a lot to this organisation. Stop judging her because she was late to her radio work (which was probably just one time), she's doing a good thing and helping other people. So she definitely beat Nikki.

She beat Nikki in Big Brother, in a public vote where the whole nation of viewers that watch BB voted. Aisleyne beat Nikki by two places, so she is far more popular than Nikki. Far more popular. She even got a better reception and finale night interview than Nikki did.

All the ex-housemates get invites like Nikki does.

The only thing Nikki has beaten Aisleyne in is getting 2nd place in the Most Annoying Celebrity poll.

Ash would never come close to nikki's entertainment value, and she is jealous Nikki has many hidden qualities that she hasn't.

Success doesn't mean having all the fame and recognition, it's about how well you do in your own career and from what I've seen and heard, Ash is perfectly happy with how her life and her career is going. That to me, is also successful.

The only thing you can compare Aisleyne and Nikki on is Big Brother, because it's the only thing they've both done. Aisleyne hasn't had a TV Show, for all you know she most likely didn't want to have one, so how can you possibly compare Nikki to Aisleyne based on TV work?

Again your lying, Ash started the battle when Nikki said consistenlty how much she adores her, so dont put the blame on Nikki.

Really, what was her entertainment, there was no comic value to her, or she could not pull of those impression, or B-team humour, Nikki is a ballet dancer, she could sing front of many, she can make hilarious jokes, something Ash lacked, she took everything seriously.

Radio show is unknown to people, unknown station, guess who has TV show, Nikki *******yene didn't.

Radio show she got paid £50 per week for that, whilst Nikki was on £3000 per hour everday she did those task.
