Liam seems to have a problem with any female who doesn't fancy him (and then when there is a girl who fancies them he treats them like crap anyway). I think it's got something to do with the fact that Kara Louise is intelligent, Liam doesn't seem to like smart, strong females who don't let him pick them up, throw them around and bite them, and in general just push them around and bully them. That's why he resorts to bitching behind her back.
