I saw Helen this morning as I was getting ready for work. The Big Brother slot on GMTV tends to be between 7:50 and 7:55 (well that's the only one I am around to see).
She appeared with cuddly Richard Arnold and did really well. She didn't seem to want to stop talking at the end, just like old times!
