I came across this online a few weeks ago, its been a bit of a flop mainly as it is not very well publicised, basically if you or your married partner earn less than 11,000 and your partner earns more you can transfer some of your tax free allowance to them or vice versa giving you an extra £212 in your wages over the year, it doesn't seem alot but every little bit helps and better in your pocket than in the government coffers
