I've watched the video a few times ....
...... and I agree with you, Terpsichore. Liam definitely doesn't kiss Sam .... at least not on the mouth. He puts his lips on her forehead above her left eyebrow - whether it was a kiss or blowing a raspberry isn't clear, but that's definitely the area she wipes with her hand afterwards. Nothing untoward IMHO.
