Ika had a very small percentage pre game and was definitely not a favorite - a believe the top 4 in BBCAN favorite player voting for the viewers were Neda, Cass, Kevin, Gary with Bruno in fifth and some newbies even beating Ika Wong. So Ika only really became a favorite after both Cass and Gary had left, so I'd disagree.

In other seasons as well favoirtes haven't fared amazing, yes in BBCAN2 and 3 there were twists that involved BBCAN voting for a week, aka BBCAN HOH or Britneee getting a superpower, but that only effects the voting for a week.

With showmances making the top 5, there are plenty in the USA also, to name the memorable ones; Drew and Diane who made the top 3, Jeff and Jordan who made the top 5, Shane and Daniele who made the top 4. So it's not really different, Emmet and Jillian made the top 5 because they made it impossible for either one to be evicted for four of five weeks by Jillian winning constant HOH's and Emmet winning constant vetos. Neda and Jon weren't a showmance until after the show aired as Jon had a girlfriend, and Zach and Ashleigh who both didn't make the top 5 but made it far remained intact because of Bruno in the triple eviction using the veto meaning two more further houseguests would be evicted and then painted a target on his own back.

This season Demika have just played a good game, but they are being targetted

I find the casting in BBCAN more interesting and prefer the houseguests in general. They don't cast as awful people in general; for instance I've not seen anyone on BBCAN as bad as the last 5 years of houseguests of BBUSA; Andy Herren, Amanda, Aaryn, Spencer, Gina-Marie, Jeremy, Kaitlin, Frankie, Cody, Paulie are all probably worse than any houseguest cast on BBCAN of the past 5 years in terms of personality

BBUSA has gone on for so long I would find it rigged if no Showmance had ever made the top 5, where as with BBCAN they're happening way more than is realistic imo as I think that alot of people would want to free up the survivor into being in their alliance rather than letting an already established pair stick around and dominate the game.

And to me people like Aaryn, Andy, and Frankie were all big characters, and Jeremy was also all sorts of wrong. Where as for me the Canadians maybe more likable, but also suffer from being too chilled out in a game that they're suppose to try and win. I understand that we all have different tastes when it comes to BB but I do like alert players that are willing to go low to try and win.

However having said that I can forgive a Housemate for being stupid if they're funny.

Going low to win is fine, its within the rules, its moreso as the houseguests as people that I have an issue with the BBUSA cast, and seeing a lot of them go far is awful.

For instance Devin lied constantly in BB15 to everyone and played a 'low' and 'messy' game and so his gameplay was often disliked, but he was fine as a person, and I can respect him and his game and what he bought to the show. It's the Frankie's/Aaryn's/Amanda's/Andy's however that are just either racist/homophobic/sexist/awful people outside of their gameplay that ruin the show and make it hard to enjoy a season.

Although Aaryn being racist for no reason behind houseguests back wasn't enhancing her ability to win or her gameplay.

If they were being scummy people that were lying constantly to enhance their game or to stay another week [Aka Dr. Will, James Rhine etc], then fair enough thats their gameplayer [and I really enjoyed them both]. It's moreso the personal beliefs and them as a person, and a lot of the BBUSA cast are just terrible people.

Frankie thinking rape can be funny in lots of cases and that women whine too much if they're raped is ridiculous. As is saying theres no such thing as LGBT women at all and they're just attention seeking to be popular as its now 'in', to have that belief especially as an LGBT person is ridiculous.

Frankie was trolling, he was trying to make a name for himself imo, I'm not saying that the particular comment was right to say as it's a bit far even for me, but I think we saw that his not a complete devil on CBBUK.

CBBUK didn't have live feeds, so I'm not sure I'd use that to judge his character, they wouldn't air terrible things. BBUSA however had 24/7 feeds and his whole true chatacter was judged. For me he will always be a bottom 2 housemate of the 300 odd housemates there has been.
