The Betfair odds are a bit of a scam. Bets are offered on the twins individually, not as a combined pair. What they don't tell you is that a win for the twins will be treated as a dead heat, following dead heat rules. What that means is that your winnings will be effectively halved.

I'd say the Betfair market is not "the one to watch". It's the least reliable, and the one most in danger of getting disconnected from reality. Betfair is not a bookmaker. It's a middle-man for bets offered by individuals. You're betting against other punters.
