BB17 probably had the most famous civilian cast - the majority liked it
BB16 had most people off the streets like a C4 cast - everyone hates it

BB16 pre-4in4out was the only part with potential though. The rest was sh*te once they brought the idiots in and then the past idiot housemates and then BB17 was even worse with your famous chef children etc etc etc.

BB16 proved that you can get agentless people of the street. The problem of 4in4out ruining it is a different thing. It could have been great, but C5 needs instant drama.
The semi-celebs housemates tend to create manufactured drama "for the cameras", and it's not what BB is about.

The only ones that are tend to be people like Wolfy or Callum
