Or being a pale stale male person myself should I just laugh it all off...Im sure if this was said about any group of people they would laugh it off too and no one would ever get offended or sacked for ????

Can't see that male is. But to call a white person pale reminds me of 'paleface' used in the old westerns and I would say is racist. To describe an older person as stale is ageist in my opinion.
