I can't remember them using a VTS where someone has walked the same night, though.

Hmm. I would think that their t&cs will put them in the clear as she was not evicted, she chose to leave after the eviction was announced.

They may be nice and refund though. But why would they be given they are getting the actual blame for her choice

Nah, no refund. Housemates can leave at any time, and people who vote on the show should know that.

They should either go back to Vote to evict though, or only have a vote to save with no more than about 3 housemates.
