Most history doesn't tell it in quite that way.

Corbyn turned down an invitation to meet veterans, instead he chose glastonbury and the kids.

Nope, so is santa what's your point? Not that I think you have one.

It's fine if you don't understand.

I have to say I am not one bit surprised to see all the Corbynites in here praising him for grabbing a blatant electioneering opportunity on Armed Forces Day. As a military widow, it makes me sick to my stomach.

If Corbyn went to an AF event then the media would have just dubbed it a PR exercise and an attempt to out shadow May. They would have then microanalysed every little thing he did to try show how he isn't patriotic. No reason for him to cancel a commitment he had a long time ago for that.

Those echo warriors and environmentalists had a great time at Glasto.

It's shameful Livia. They will defend him no matter what he does. All they care about is getting him in - they care little about how he goes about it. He has no standards, no self respect and no respect for those that have earned it.

It's getting a little personal here.... Using AFD as a stick to beat him with is pretty distasteful imo.
Maybe hallmark could print some cards for those who only feel respect is to be shown one day a year?
