Depends which part. Without trying to cause offence to anyone on the board, DON'T buy a house in Pennywell, Town End Farm, Doxford park or any other areas that look like it. I can't stress this enough.

However, there are some gorgeous areas in Sunderland, such as near the coast and around the rural parts! The people are lovely, everything is so friendly and community-like. The city itself is always very busy and has all the shops you'd want and need + more. The football is amazing, we have the best UK stadium and always have more attendance than some of the bigger clubs.

Nightlife... I can't even begin to explain how amazing it is!
Go for it!

15`s a good age to be,things get harder when you reach school leaving age and things are even tougher at 18.You have to make so many big decissions and things are scary.Try to enjoy school life as best ya can but fear not it will all be over soon.I was so chuffed when i left my secondary school it was like FREEDOM!lol
