I would have thought they had no budget and the house/eye/graphics were going to remain the same.

Maybe their using the second house as the main house

But keeping the bedroom the same as the one in BB18 as I think it's accessible via the second house because there's that's corridor connecting the 2 houses and the new bedroom is the old tasks room/kitchen area and it's closed off.

And the second house will be the open living area and there be a bathroom.

Last year there was a 2 day gap and this year there is 6 days so could get a little more change than usual, hopefully! Maybe knowing the bedrooms through? Or something to do with the other house

they have probably planned to be able to lift elements of the house set out from the end of the series to maximise the effect on screen, while effort is low? I initially loved this house but the more I see it the more I hate it... and I definitely could not live in such a dingy space. The lack of daylight throughout drives me mad just watching it- let alone living in it!

When's the eye released? Housemate teasers? Trailers? Theme reveal?

I think housemate trailers might be likely released after the Civillian series has ended first

They release the CBB press release with the same sentence each year, saying it's "undergoing" renovation.. when they're still in there.

They've never said "undergoing massive change" though.

Big Blagger had indicated it might be the second house.
