I admired Lee for standing up for what he believed in and think that Marco handled the situation badly.

Marco could have handled the situation alot better, I think Lee was right he didn't like being put in his place. In the end Lee had to go though, his attitude was terrible & he was bringing the kitchen down. Alot better without him.
