Last time I went to Birmingham was with school to Cadbury world and we saw bags of rubbish out and no wheelie bins and we were all like 'aw they can't afford wheelie bins '

My garden is stacked up with rubbish coz I missed bin day and they only come every ****ing THREE WEEKS . Like the bin is overflowing and there's another 2.5 weeks to go...

Yeah it's been going on a while. The way they talk about it in the local news though, you'd think it was worse than the miner's strike.

I live in Birmingham, btw.
