Just thought. Yet another double so another need for them to create silly cliffhangers to bridge the two episodes. It would be better as three hour long episodes.

Monday and Friday are already jammed with fake reveals and silly endings to justify "cliffhangers".

The Rita story is the only really interesting story right now. I honestly find Phelan so overrated as a character

People laud him as such a well rounded and written character but he's literally one of the worst villains in the show's history.

He would be if Will hadn't come along. He is so paper thin as a character. We don't know him, he hasn't got a motive, he's boring as hell and the acting isn't that great either, though it's not like he's got a huge amount to work with

This should be good, we've seen Rana being weird towards Kate and her gf in the last few episodes and it's because she's developed feelings for her.

Don't care about the Phealan storyline at all. Looking forward to Bethany's trial though.

I think she's realizing that she's gay or else has always known and repressed it. She rushed her marriage with Zeedan when they barely knew each other. They've been mismatched since day 1.

I'm surprised Corrie are actually being a little unpredictable.

Aiden's going to confess all before the wedding and there's a stunt they aren't revealing beforehand. Intriguing.

Honestly I know it's a soap but for goodness sake the Phelan nonsense has gone on way too long.

First he gets away seemingly scot free with ripping off 15k from a good number of the locals.
Then he has Andy imprisoned,chained up.

How on earth is all that even plausible, it insulting to have to watch.
He's hardly with Andy,for months Andy has been stuck there, what on earth does he do as to natural needs of toilet etc.

Absolutely stupid.

Corrie has dealt with many issues and had some great moments but Phelan getting his comeuppance is not just overdue it's total farce.

You're right though, it's absurd. Plus Andy isn't even an interesting character so why they even brought him back is beyond me. Does he even have any connections in the street now? Michael is dead and Steph had left
