I haven't been watching but I assumed it was to humiliate him and make him feel the pain she did. So she faked the pregnancy and started getting him to spend on her.

I saw it as a month long plan at most, sponge what she could and then hit him where it hurts.

I have no idea what she hoped to gain carrying on this long and actually getting to the wedding? Does she really want to marry him? And I have no idea how she's got away with not even having the slightest baby bump? Isn't she supposed to be like 3 or 4 months gone now?

I've got literally no sympathy for Aidan as a character though and Maria is as messy as she ever was.

The wedding stuff was great as was the Rita story. Vic Reeves wasn't funny in the slightest though.

Maria is awful. She is a background character until theres a marriage/relationship to break up. She literally palms her poor kid off on anyone. Who had him while she went to Eva's wedding?

I hope they axe her soon.
