This is deep. The box obviously represents an entrapment or restraint that the author feels within tibb. But why are we being restricted? Again, obvious if you read closely. The author begins wearing white socks, but they become red. Whose blood? Why all the suffering? Can it be controlled? The author refers to themself as a beast. Is their anger inherent, or is it the restrictive nature of tibb that unleashes the murderous rampage? Thats up to the reader to decide, and that all depends on just how far the reader believes the car travels. I personally like to think the car represents change, but I enjoy the way the author lets that open to interpretation. Its a poem of hope and pain, the hope that the car (the change) will drive far in to the distance to ultimately calm the beast in the box (the posters on tibb).
