Theres something I can agree with.

I think the sentences for rape and falsely accusing (both need to be proven beyond all reasonable doubt though) should be the same, and much harsher than the pitiful sentences that are given at the moment. Maybe it will be more of a deterrent.

Cautions given for rape are just disgusting. Sentences given are usually pitiful too.
