I think Joanna will be a strong PM, after Michaela, she’s probably the best one to be project manager tbh

Joanne needs to prove herself as PM .
Unfortunately it now means her neck is on the block if it all goes badly wrong , so hopefully she'll do well but who knows as Sugar is watching her .
