Certain phone lines are engaged all the time. I don't see the point in her lying when we all know it happens .

Loads of shows have has complaints about not getting through , years ago on XF I couldn't get through at all to vote for Rebecca Ferguson so in the end I had to give up .

Her phone line never resolved the issue, never managed to get through.

And again with XF people tried voting Rhidyan and couldn't get through , so why don't you open your eyes and realise things aren't always fair .

It honestly feels like debating with a brick wall on here , people don't listen to us .

It's weird, because it only happened in the last two weeks. I had no problems whatsoever before.

Also, I got the impression that they closed the phone lines abruptly. Other times they were opened for longer?

But the previous weeks there was more time to vote. It's almost like they cut things short this week.. If it makes sense.

Since they changed the format and did the whole pre recording of the results show.

I've always thought half an hour is ridiculous !! It's not long enough to vote .

In the past people had a lot longer to vote and the numbers were more accessible, I even remember in the much earlier series we could vote all through the week !!! , they even gave us the voting lines on ITT !!! .
