Default Has BB3 gone Pear Shaped

1) contestant gets trapped in Diary Room + other technical difficulties

2) Maintenance required so housemates confined to a bedroom

3) Sunita finds it hard going and quits (How did she get passed the psyche test ?)

4) Sandy and other fall ill (Sandy under observation incase he has to be removed for medical reasons)

5) E4 no sound due to Legal reasons

It is still Week 1 !!!!!!

So compared with BB1 and BB2, has this series gone pear shaped ?

1) contestant gets trapped in Diary Room + other technical difficulties

I'm sure that happened last year as well

2) Maintenance required so housemates confined to a bedroom

That definately happened more than once last year

3) Sunita finds it hard going and quits (How did she get passed the psyche test ?)

She's a lightweight. It sucks, but BB1 had a cheater and BB2 had Penny. How'd she get through the tests?

4) Sandy and other fall ill (Sandy under observation incase he has to be removed for medical reasons)

Oh Please, that is *so not* Big Brothers fault.

5) E4 no sound due to Legal reasons

Also was the case last year. Although they didn't have airplane noises, just tweety birds and trains.

I dont think it is anything major, is it?
Its little things that are expected to anything when live all day. These things happen in normal shows but are luckily edited, BB is live ALL DAY!!!!! I think they are doing a fab job!

Absolutley mo there will always be things that go wrong with the technical side of things items like cameras and microphones but there was plane noises last year too it's annoying but after last year having no sound for short periods of time is not too bad i'm getting used to it and you can always hear what they said later on c4

Yep, I'm sure they'll sort out the gripes, the same things did happen last year from what I can remember as well.

Can I add that on Wednesday Sunita decided to leave, the following day

That evening as C4 was showing what happened on the Tuesday, they still showed the eviction number for Sunita

So if someone does not have net access or E4 and does not read tabloids, they could have been wasting their money on the Wednesday evening

They are also worried how the housemates will take this shock eviction (when Jade gets the boot)

still scope for showing that Endemol / C4 are incompetant to run this gameshow

I agree that Sunita leaving doesn't cast the producers in the best light.
I don't think the other points, themselves, show that BB is any more pear-shaped than previous years though.

I think BB has always had it's glitches and hitches!! There were certainly plenty in BB2 - doors opening, Brian getting locked in the store cupboard, people getting in the garden, problems with microphones (who can forget Brian's face when he thought the housemates had heard his nomination).

I certainly agree that Endemol have egg on their face over Sunita leaving - it was quite obvious that she should never have been in the house in the first place. I don't know how she passed the (supposed) psychological tests - it was plain to everyone that she was not coping.

Never mind - we'll see what the next few weeks bring.
