Default Is there much fun in supporting the favourite?

I don't think there is really. I never support the favourite, because, frankly theres really not much fun. You know they're going to win. But if you support of quite unpopular housemate/ contender to win but probably won't, it makes it much more tense for you when nominations and evictions come around which makes for a better BB.

Agree or disagree?

I always choose one girl and one man to support at the launch. After it does depend what's going on, I'm never wrong, my faves, even around the world, didn't disapoint me. I got the feeling that my faves will go far lol

I prefer when I hate my favourites on the launch and then I grow to like them. It happened to me with Glyn, Science/ Eugene, Victor/ Jason, Jon and Alex! For some reason I supported Gerry immediately.

I used to do it, "loving" them and supporting them until they are out. Except for Sezer in UK, all went far.

Nadia, Aisleyne (supported her since she entered)

Emma, Bonnie, Lesley, Sam (bb7), Emily, Nicky, Amy, we're all evicted when I supported them
You're right you do have bad luck-

Emma and Emily. You must have been pissed off!

But Bonnie? She was so boring. What was to support?

Bonnie was my random one, I chose housemate 1. And then I didnt want to stop supporting her, cos I felt really sorry for her, and found her quite funny, especially when she had that "argumetn" with Shahbaz.

Bonnie - first in, first out. Never support the first in. It oftens leads to bad luck.

Sada and Bonnie were first in, first out.

Craig, Nadia and Brian (excluding HWH) were all last in, last out.

When my personal favourite is the favourite to win, I'm still the same with them as I would be supporting someone who wasn't the favourite to win. Even though they're the favourite, I still think there's a chance they might not win, and I still get tense.

I supported Nadia in BB5, even though she was the favourite for a long time, I still got worried that she could be beaten, and I also got worried she could be evicted even before the final, because as well as a strong fanbase she did have people who wanted her out of the house. So there was still fun in supporting her.

I normally choose my favourites at an early stage, like after the first week, and support them no matter what and defend them all the time no matter what. So even if they turn out to be the favourite, at least I had been supporting them from the start which does make it fun.

All the BB1 housemates entered at the same time.

So you could also say Andy was first in, second out, that Caroline was first in, third out etc.

Untrue.

They all went in in a line. So each one went in one by one.

BB6 - Eugene
CBB4 - George
BB7 - Richard
CBB5 - Jackey
BB8 - Charley

BB1: Caroline - outsider for a long time, along with Nick and Nichola.
BB2: Narinder - outsider for quite a bit, too.
BB3: Jade - outsider at certain points, second fave to win at others.
BB4: Tania - a favourite to start with, then became the least likely to win for a good week or two.
BB5: Nadia - started as the rank outsider along with Kitten then ended up with the best odds a winner has ever had.
BB6: Lesley - became an outsider pretty quickly.
BB7: Lea/Dawn - both major outsiders to begin with and remained there for their duration in the house.
BB8: Laura - started as favourite; soon drifted. I liked Nicky and Lesley equally at the time, though, too. Nicky was third fave on the third day.

That's speaking from the first few days...

CBB1: Anthea - was never likely to win, but I loved her leather pants and her dancing.
CBB2: Melinda - was favourite for a while up until the final two days.
CBB3: Brigitte - loved her to start with, then she just went boring and somehow ended up third.
CBB4: Chantelle - always in the top three as far as betting went and pulled it off.
CBB5: Shilpa/Cleo - loved them both and were both at the top for a while.

I find it funny that a runner-up (the twins) had the best odds in BB ever.

Nadia was at 1/40 to win in the last week, so Samanda didn't actually have the best odds ever.

Oh right.

Why did the bookies say the twins would go down as the most popular housemates ever if they won?

Who knows... Maybe they thought they'd out-do Nadia's percentage?

I think there is fun in supporting the fave, in fact it is possibly more fun seeing as your fave would be fave to win. However, only once has my fave housemate ever won.

In BB3 I supported Alison and she was evicted and then Jade.
In CBB2 I wanted Sue to win, but she went 3rd.
In BB4 I supported Anoushka, then Justine, then Sissy, then Tania, then Gos, then Steph/Ray, but I was happy Cameron won.
In BB5 I supported Emma, then anyone bar Victor or Jason.
In CBB3 I wanted Jackie or John to win, they out first and second.
In BB6 I supported Mary, then Lesley then Saskia for a bit but my main faves were Craig or Kinga.
From CBB4 I supported Traci - Who was robbed!
In BB7 I liked Nikki & Jennie mainly.
CBB5 I supported Cleo mainly, but I also liked both Jade & Shilpa.
In BB8 my main fave was Brian, who IMO was the most deserving winner ever. Him winning made BB8.
