The premiere of Red Dwarf XII, titled Cured, will be shown on Dave and Dave HD in the UK at 9.00pm. The episode sees Lister, Rimmer, Cat and Kryten stumble across a scientific research centre where several figures from history are recreated in the present and "cured" of evil... or are they? Guest starring in the episode are Adrian Lukis, Ryan Gage, Chloe Hawkins, Callum Coates and Philippe Spall.

It's not really a parody of anything but it is a comedy, and it's science fiction. It originally ran in the 90's and then came back a few years ago. I recommend watching the early series if it's the sort of thing you like, they're brilliant
