Story in today's News of the World from an ex girlfriend of PJ which claims that she took him to court for assaulting her. CLICK HERE to read the article.

Tabloid sensationalism? An ex trying to make a quick buck by selling her 'hard done by' story to the tabloids? Or could there be some truth to it - after all PJ's already kept the fact he appeared on another reality TV show (The Villa) from the BB producers.

And don't forget, Bubble was no angel in the past, but we grew to like him for the person he is now!

I find it a bit odd, as PJ does seem quite level-headed.

However, even if he was bound over, you don't have to be convicted of anything to be bound over. I know of someone who was bound over after he prevented a violent assault and called the police, after one of the protagonists complained about him, even though he was there as a witness and not charged with anything!!!

After being the most forthright person in the house about his nominations, PJ has just gone right up in my estimation...

Tut, tut, Oldgit, I expected better of you. PJ gave a whole list of accusations about Alex, saying he wanted to control the chickens, the doors, the bathroom etc and then ended by saying he wants to control everything, HE'S NOTHING BUT A WOMAN.

I hope you don't really admire sexist remarks like this. Ask Mrs. Oldgit if she agrees, with you, because I thought it showed what he really thinks of women. I think Channel 4 thought so too and that's why they gave such prominence to his appalling views.

Here, here Peachy! That remark in the Diary Room summed PJ up completely and add that to the way he talks about women in general and the way he has treated Jade even if she has thrown herself at him, shows just what a sexist pig he really is. If he didn't fancy Jade why didn't he show maturity and compassion and discourage her gently, because he enjoyed the attention and adulation is why? I am sure he gets very little of this outside and with his view of woman anyway just treated her with the contempt as you would expect from someone like him. He is slimey, lazy, arrogant (up his own arse!) sleezy and lecherous and I can't stand him. Being in his company would make my skin crawl..ewwwwwwww get the slimeball out!!!

It wouldn't surprise me in the least if the article in the newspaper written by an ex is absolutely true.

I've no doubt that PJ is sexist, but he is forthright, and at least you know where you stand with him. He doesn't annoy me as much as Adele and the unlamented Sandy, who are manipulative, scheming, conniving, two-faced, etc, etc.

It's a hard one because I don't approve of PJ's attitude to women, but I did approve of his forthrightness, and at least he says things straight out.

He did admit early on that he had been a right B*****D where women were concerned and was trying to change.

I never grew to like Bubble. He was brash and selfish and moody. His only redeeming feature was the way he clearly cared for his daughter.

I'm afraid PJ is just repulsive. Quite how any sane person could try to defend his violent past in light of the dreadful and awful way he treated Jade is beyond me. He is a misogynistic, homophobic brute who quite possibly beat his ex.

Incidental, even though NOTW isn't the most reputable of newspapers, it is bound by publishing laws. If the story isn't true it would be libelous, and the newspaper isn't going to take it's chances on what would be a comparatively small scoop. As such, the basis of the story at least is likely to be true.

Look I don't want to defend PJ that strongly, and I have noticed some misogenistic traits, but I prefer him to Alex and Adele, and I still say that if Alex was not attractive to young women he would have gone.

That is not a dig at young women, it is a dig at the way society is these days when what you look like is more important than what you are.

Sorry Oldgit, but I can see absolutely no redeeming features in PJ.

He is duplicitious, never shows his true self voluntarily, and when the veneer slips it's very ugly indeed.

I am at a loss to find any reason why he should have been singled out for a place in the house, never mind the obnoxious 'Villa' last year.

All this is compounded by the fact he is a cad and an absolute bounder, without any of the rakish qualities that either of these terms implies.

The fact that the gods did not smile upon him in the looks department is irrellevant. If he was nice he would have a fan base for being 'cute and cuddly' or some such nonsense.

As for Alex- I don't find him remotely attractive, but I do find him immensely entertaining. He rocks!

It is a few days after your post and PJ is now over on the Rich side with Jade as you know. Well he is still bullying her, and still treating her like something he has trodden in..so if he said he was going to change his attitude towards woman why isn't he being nicer and more tolerent towards Jade...that would be a good start? For goodness sake it IS possible to be kind to someone and let them down gently if they are being too full on and it isn't acceptable. The only reason he doesn't do anything about it is because he likes the adulation, the attention and it satisfys the sexist pig in him...he also seems to get sexual pleasure from her too..whether it's when she is throwing herself all over him, a quick cuddle or in perving at her as she prances round half dressed...eeewwww...he is... as Alex would say...DISGUSTING!!!
