Its a great idea to release tension and there could be some harmony restored if people could thrash out their differences but there very possibly could be some feelings seriously hurt.

This seems to be an ideal time to wipe the slate clean. Contrary to many opinions, I don't think there is much wrong with the site. A little bit more equality, and transparency and most problems would be resolved. We are on a forum, people will have different opinions and senses of humour and they should be respected and allowed to express them no matter how outrageous they may seem. It all boils down to people showing mutual respect for each other
