 Throughout 2018 I am going to be forming Top 10's of my favourite songs of that month. The Number 1 song of each month will advance to The Grand Finale towards the end of December whereby my Top 12 songs of the Year will be ranked from worst to best. To add some incentive for TiBB, the songs that I place #2 and #3 each month will go into a poll and TiBB will choose one 'Wildcard Song' to join my rankings. The songs I include don't have to have been released that month, but I'm choosing them on the basis that I've heard them at least once this month and that they're still in the Top 40/100 of the Official Charts. #10 - Freaky Friday Lil Dicky ft. Chris Brown Released 29.03.18 NEW ENTRY This is one of those songs that I just automatically dislike because of the artists or the hype that it accumulates - however whilst doing the Spring Clean and having MTV on, they played this a generous 4 times in the two hours it was on and I kinda liked it by the end. Haven't heard it much since Mid-April but still deserves a spot.

#9 - Lullaby Sigala ft. Paloma Faith Released 8.3.18 UP 1 This is one I definitley expected to have cut when ranking Aprils Hits but after a steady increase in radio plays and a catchy song I decided to keep it in and even move it up a spot. Aren't I nice?

#9 - The Middle Zedd ft. Maren Morris and Grey Released 08.02.18 NEW ENTRY It's very rare for a quite generic pop song to impress me but Maren's vocals impressed me and it's very easy to sing along to. Not something I'd download and listen to but it's a bop for the late afternoon radio so can get a spot on my list.

#7 - These Days Rudimental ft. Jess Glynne, Macklemore and Dan Caplen Released 1.2.18 DOWN 1 It's still here and tbh I kinda like it but I also couldn't find anything else to put in its place. It's probably gone next month though

#6 - Friends Marshmello ft. Anne Marie Released 22.02.18 NEW ENTRY Ugh I'm in love with Anne Marie this month she's just so talented, and I can't believe this is the first I have heard of this song. I love it and it would be higher if I'd heard it more, I've just not seen it around enough (I'm sheltered okay) to have it higher. Sorry LukeB.

#5 - Say Amen (Saturday Night) Panic! at the Disco Released 19.3.18 DOWN 4 I feel bad for putting it #5 because I love Brendon, I love the song, and it gets radio play - but my Top 4 are all new songs that I've listened to tons and love. Sorry Brendon and RileyH.

#4 - One Kiss Calvin Harris ft. Dua Lipa Released 19.04.18 NEW ENTRY Wasn't expecting much because I generally don't like much CH content but the songs actually a bit of a bop and Dua makes it better. Not her best work, but something I'll definitley have on repeat for the next few weeks.

#2 - 2002 Anne Marie Released 03.05.18 NEW ENTRY Anne Marie deserves the privellage of appearing twice this month because she's just so talented. Haven't stopped listening to this song and may have only put it at #2 because of the '2' in the title Nah joking I just prefer #1 more obviously.

#1 - In My Blood Shawn Mendes Released 05.04.18 NEW ENTRY I always look forward to new Mendes Music as he's extremely talented and I love his songs as I'm always singing along and I just think this month he deserves my #1!!
