This is another year like 2016.

A lot of people will only remember the terrible film adaptation of Bonfire of the Vanities. RIP to a great writer.

I've seen the film of The Right Stuff, which is a really good film about the US space programme, although reading about it there, it says that Tom Wolfe was unhappy about changes made from the book.
