itunes means nothing at the end of the day. Just something kids follow.

It does mean something though, iTunes accounts for the majority of digital sales in the charts and hardly any physical CDs of singles are sold these days so digital sales are much more prominent.

BTW will probably debut in the top 10 on Sunday now, seeing as it's shot to #1 so quickly, a top 20 debut is for sure at the least.

The gap between the #1 and #2 songs in America is huge now

Avril is no8 on US itunes but only at no23 on billboard hot100. There can be even bigger differences and the only one that counts is the official charts. Which includes airplay.

History does not count itunes positions.

She has only risen so high in the past week though, on next week's chart she will likely have a big climb. Yes, I know that but a song that climbs to #1 on iTunes so quickly is likely to debut at #1 on the Hot 100 too, airplay is important but Gaga has been getting plenty of spins of BTW today alone, so that's going to continue all throughout the week.

the song just doesn't develop into a hit, this song is way off the mark, she is usually really good with the likes of Pokerface, Just dance and Telephone. This just leaves you thinking my god what was she thinking!

I'm a Gaga fan, but this song is a major disappointment. It's not fresh, revolutionary, or exciting like it was "supposed" to be. It was majorly overhyped for what it is. It's a good song, but not a great song. It sounds exactly like Express Yourself but with added Electronic beats.

It's funny though because her stans are freaking out thinking its the best thing ever but all over of the internet (besides her stans) I've been hearing quite alot of negative feedback about it. It actually makes Hold It Against Me seem miles better now and more epic.

It too much of a stereotypical cheesy gay anthem. True anthems becomes anthems on their own as time goes by, but this song just sounds like it was sooo calcuated to be a gay anthem. The beat, the lyrics, etc.

I was hoping it would end up more along the lines of 'Dance In The Dark', but it sounds more like 'The Fame'.

Bring on the next single, please...
