When Hazel was trying to convince Dexter that her version was right she looked like she knew EXACTLY what she was doing. I think Hazel's a very calculating person. She doesn't care what they see or find out after they leave the house because she's already said that she won't be seeing any of them ever again!
She knows she's lying, clearly!

In her eyes she's been getting **** from both inside and outside the house for the last few weeks, so she's kind of given up and now doesn't give a **** what she says or does now.

Don't blame her really. What's the point with Gina and Daleys fan base baying for blood she doesn't really have much hope anymore does she.

No-one in the house ever says "Yeah, I can see your point there...".

Let's break it down here....

Charlie is naive and cares too much about what people think.
When she advised Hazel not to show emotion, she was only concerned (for her) about how she might appear.

I like Hazel (when she's not on a power trip) but did she ever think of that ?!

Trouble with the show is, everyone thinks the worse and assumes there must be a "gameplan" involved

But notice how it's always the real "gameplayers" (e.g. Gina who sucked up to Sam as soon as she found out he was 2nd most popular) who are thinking and saying it.

Ok Charlie confided in Gina (bad idea !) and I can understand Hazel feels slightly betrayed.

But really, the whole thing is ridiculous...
