My cough that just won't stop.

Get to the 24hr garage and get some 'night nurse' and 'olbas oil' if they have it brilliant stuff, is your room warm? cold air and sleeping on your back will irritate it.

Is olbas oil good for coughs?

I've just taken 2 beechams tablets I found in the kitchen. It's a really irritating tickly cough, the sniffles and a headache are descending. Seems to have just come on me today suddenly.

It is quite warm, I've opened the window.

Olbas oil (the liquid in a little bottle, not those nasal stick things) is great. Put a few drops onto a bit of tissue paper and inhale it at your leisure. Although be warned, it has a very, very strong smell, although its not unpleasant; people will smell it a mile away.

Mums are always right!
I'm so looking forward to a long lie tomorrow, a nice breakfast and taking the kids out for a walk and a play in the park... But I feel like I'm going to vomit and I've had the worst tummy pains all night at work
I'll be mad if I've caught a bug off the kids! Oh and I'm going out on Saturday night!!!

Being paired with people who are better than me in classes by the tutor - I get what she's trying to do, try and help me improve by putting me with more able students - but it makes me feel like crap and I end up struggling more than I normally would because I feel under pressure when I'm paired with someone who is really good

I use to love winter, but now I really don't like it, house gets quite bad with the dampness, it's a bitch to get anywhere if you don't have a car, and generally miserable

but i hate the heat of the summer too, I wish it could be quite mild but clear skies..and no wind, ****ing hate wind

I can actually cope with the cold if it's bright and dry.. But I detest wind and rain!
The wind up here is 110 x worse than what you have down south... It's almost painful
My ideal weather is 70 degrees, sun and no breeze at all .

If your house is damp put dishes of salt on window sills to attract the moisture.

It's not warm you have a temperature, the cold air will just make you cough your guts up.
Olbas oil is menthol so a drop on the corner of your pillow will help keep your nose unblocked.
Beechams are good though you should get some kip now then, hope you feel better soon

Sigh the vicious people on twitter. On dinner date, the girl choosing said she works at the gym and that opened her to a whole lot of abuse as she's not exactly the thinnest of people.
"She is a gym manager but yet has thunder thighs and bingo wings!? 😂😂 #dinnerdate"

to name a few.

when you want to hear the song on ending credits of a show but you accidentally press a different number on the remote and the channel changes.
