Good business from us, pretty much swapped a decent player from them who has the potential to win a spot in our starting 11 for a player who never would have won a regular place in the side. Stewart will be a good Championship player though.

Coutinho looks like the latest £100m player then. Every day the Pogba fee looks better and better. Great deal for Liverpool, but it's probably a little late to be finding quality replacements.

Coutinho won't be allowed to leave this window. He'll probably go next summer though.
And yes, I think a lot of us would be much more accepting of him leaving for that kind of price if we knew we'd get a replacement that is just as good or not better, but we'd probably end up with a work in progress kind of signing rather than a current world beater.
