1.15 am thats a stupid o`clock time to start live feed. i guess it ok if your a nightwatchman/woman, or on a nightshift kjob that is very quiet and a spare tv kicking around, but for most its sleeply time.

this live feed topic won`t ever go away until its addressed proper, but reading snips of threads it might be addressed soon and either put to bed, or put back on our screens.

Further to add... A Public announcement from channel 4 will be held shortly regarding the live coverage, the official line from channel 4 at the moment is that there is no live feed.

But I'm pleased to announce they are taking steps to re-enable live feed over the next 24-48hrs. stay tuned - it is happening.

They didnt say no, Endemol is pushing them and i heard that it is likely its returning, but we will have to see.

we allready know endemol are ready to walk.but channel 4 dont wanna be the one's to tell any1 cause they dont want to be left 'Redfaced' i have no idea whats happening.. just waiting around for a statement from endemol

Someone on DS reporting that Endemol has given C4 until Sunday to put the red button back on otherwise they pull the plug!!

Hopefully they'll pull it sooner rather than later then they'll be able to relaunch it on another channel. If it went before the summer was out and because its not exactly set the UK on fire this year noone really knows and even for us its still a kind of rest from it, so next year they'll be able to put it on ITV or Sky or wherever is interested and I'm sure it would pull in good figures for that channel. ITV aren't doing so well lately so although it wouldn't go down too well with the public as a whole but they have nothing better to show at 9 o'clock for 3 months.

I have to say I am VERY surprised at how much Endemol still love the show too, I thought they were fed up of it and were trying to kill it via production.

Have to agree with Hannah as well, I'm missing it a bit more than I thought I would (despite everything I've said )

if they do sell up to another channel I really hope it doesnt go to a sky/virgin 1 channel. I have only the humble freeview. I think ITV could have a shot.

Best ever scenario would be ITV put in on 9pm in their schedule and hype the Hl show massivley over the day, the HLs show gets over 5m viewers and LF returns.

Doubt it, it would probably get figures similar to Hells Kitchen which was inbetween BB8 and 9 apart from the odd night but thats still better than what they get atm and better than what BB is getting atm.

Plus I bet ITV would be more willing to use ITV2, like maybe no highlights on ITV1 on a Saturday type thing ...
