It's obvious Aaron didn't do it. The true culprit is never arrested in these types of soap storylines.

Diane and Victoria are so annoying

It sucks this was meant to be Robert's 'comeuppance' yet we all know he'll be fine and back to his same antics in a few weeks

Just seen the previews and Robert seems fine, no memory loss. It's great to see him back. I've missed him so much!

I have to admit I think this actor has portrayed Robert far better than previous ones and I hope he isn't on his way out of the soap.so hpe he stays for a good while yet.

At the moment for me, he and Cain make this programme.

Yes, i think Ryan is wonderful. He has a lot of presence and is so talented. I loved The Lodge scenes.

Well, there are no girls available for him atm, so you maybe right...

Well, there is Leyla and Tracie, but they may not be his type. Too tipsy and chirpy. Robert likes tough and stoic personalities, it seems.

emmerdale makes the programme because all are top class not just one pacific actor. this is not EE where they had all there money on fatz and now he is a goner they have no one to blame but themselves.

I had a thought, would Rob be so devious, conniving and crazy that he would have orchestrated the shooting himself, but that the shot was supposed to be lower/flesh wound /not a hit and it went FUBAR.

He might have done it to gain sympathy for himself, but in the process gained it too much.

The finger would point to Connor in that case.

I don't think so. He seems genuinely scared in the previews.

The preview is so funny. Robert threatening to discharge himself, unless police put someone at the door. And Diane : calm down , you'll be back on the ventilator at this rate!
