It's not warm you have a temperature, the cold air will just make you cough your guts up.
Olbas oil is menthol so a drop on the corner of your pillow will help keep your nose unblocked.
Beechams are good though you should get some kip now then, hope you feel better soon

I've stopped going on Social Networking Sites now because some people on there are a bunch of vocal Chavs who can't spell, and when I can understand what they're saying it's normally something like "bitch die" or "I'll kill you if you hurt my man" Who the hell wants to read that?
