I was surprised by that result too.I saw some of the first half and it looked quite an equal game but Barrow had more of the chances, then Oxford had a player sent off.

Sound a lovely bunch lol.We play them soon.

Has anyone seen this video of Steve McClaren putting on a Dutch accent because he is the new manager of Dutch side FC Twente?

LOL, James, that guy really does make me laugh now he's miles away from wrecking english football now.
I don't think Ive ever felt sorry for dutch fans like I do now, but I hope they keep him there on a 20 year contract just dont bring him back here for gods sake.

Stevenage Borough Fan up there I see. What did you think of Peter Taylor last season.

Drew 0-0 with Watford on saturday, bloody awful it was, improved performance on tuesday night though winning 2-1 at Hereford, got Preston away saturday which i'm going to. Come on !

News from Burnley vs Ipswich...

"1514: Remarkable story coming in from Burnley... the game against Ipswich has been delayed after a parachutist got stuck on the roof. The unfortunate fella was one of seven scheduled to land inside the ground but he misjudged his landing."

"1540: More comedy capers at Turf Moor. The fire engine to remove the stranded parachutist on top of the roof has arrived, but a car is blocking its progress so an announcement has been made. Burnley v Ipswich yet to kick off."

"1556: The game between Burnley and Ipswich will kick off at 1600 BST. The parachutist is still stuck on the roof, but they're going to press on regardless. Does that mean he's got a free ticket?"

I thought he was a hopeless manager to be honest. When he took over we were in contention for the title and we ended up not even making the play-offs.I understand that we sold off a few of our top players but most of the replacements were dire, he seemed to have no concept on what it took to do well in this league. The less said about his 'tactics' the better.
