Thank you Macie for letting me take this overrated mess out of the game earlier than she was clearly destined for. Truth be told, she deserves around a 150th spot I suppose, but she really peaked on launch night. An awkward broomstick ride into the house where she could barely see through her hair must have blinded her potential, because she spent most of the week moping around, refusing to interact with anyone and making wild accusations about the other housemates. If you can be made to look stupid by Saskia (accusing her of having surgery when she hadn't) then you really are struggling as a human being. It was just incredibly uncomfortable and frustrating watching her being doted on by the likes of Roberto, Kemal, Craig, etc. only for her to grit her teeth and slag them all off in the diary room for 'being wannabes' (because nothing screams integrity like unveiling yourself as a holistic therapist).

There were brief highlights: her witch-themed birthday party let the other housemates unwind and she had a bit of a dance which was nice, and I suppose arguing with Saskia is commendable even if you're literally hissing and spitting on the floor whilst doing it, and she was ultimately the victim of a slightly unfair launch night twist but at the end of the day (to borrow BB6's defining catchphrase), if you're going to present yourself as this alternative victim of alien abduction then you're just asking to be embarrassed and sent packing.

So that's what I've done.

I save Kate again because she's not becoming the second female winner to be removed from the game. That will go to Sophie whether you like it or not.

Sam & Amanda Marchant (BB8)



Samanda are actually quite overrated. Like they came in the top 10 of the last DS popularity poll above goddesses such as Makosi and Aisleyne and it's not on. We've already harrowingly lost Saskia & Mary this round so I'll take out the twins to make sure this round isn't all bad.

Anyway I just find the twins boring. They were just a bit too saccharine for me you know, it's like they only had one mode and kept it throught the 13(!!!) weeks they were in the house for and as someone who wasn't a fan of their persona to begin with, it really started to wear thin. They are probably my least fave original BB8 housemate so of course they were the ones who lasted the longest

That being said they weren't bad people like half the BB8 cast (i.e. the men). I found them cute sometimes and I did appreciate the fact they seemed to be happy all the time, even if it wasn't the most entertaining thing to watch. They were also friends with Charley (I think) so bonus points for that. However, ultimately I just didn't find them to be good housemates. They were just kind of background characters who didn't really do much for me. They didn't get into conflict with anyone and although they were funny sometimes (like that time they found a spider in the bathroom and freaked out) it wasn't enough to make me love them. Although I would have preferred to see them win than Brian, I didn't really care in the end

Also some people seem to prefer one twin to the other but I can't really tell them apart lol.

In conclusion: Samanda are pleasant people who had some good moments but ultimately kinda bored me during their stay
