He has damaged the ligaments in one of his back knees and needs an operation on that, and he has some lumps on his chest that they need to take samples of. He had a lump a few years ago which turned out to be a cancerous one which they removed, but they're not sure yet if any of the current ones are.

He's fine. The lumps aren't cancerous or anything dangerous and they said they don't want to operate on his knee because it could end up making it worse because of his age. He's home now and all monged out from the anesthetic

They've give some sort of medicine for it, not sure exactly what it is though. I don't think he's in a lot of pain or anything, every now and then he hobbles a bit but most of the time he's fine
