I've just got the dreaded email from Stan James "We regret to inform you, blah blah blah, our traders have taken the decision to close your account for commercial reasons, blah blah blah, this decision will not be rescinded"

That is now William Hill, Victor Chandler and Stan James I'm banned from, and I can't use Betfair as they're trying to screw me for a £57 Premium Charge.

I did kinda suggest Spain above even tho obvious faves. If you had bet a sizeable sum at the time I sent that post, you could now trade that bet on the gambling exchanges and be in a win-win situation no matter what happens on Saturday - win-lose-draw within 90. Go for championship winners in 1st round then decrease your risk by laying-off each subsequent game - easy peasy
