My originally point was that I'm sad another young black lad has died which I take personally then I was accused of sympathizing with his actions when I have condemned them and then I was out of order for putting some facts across and got accused of blaming the victims when I was not then I am a bad person for believing people can change who they are for the better

This all conflicts with what you've been posting though. You can't condemn someones actions while simultaneously defending them. For example the whole thing with him battering a gay man in prison. From your posts in here I wouldn't be mistaken to think that you believe that he was well within his rights to do what he did.
