I chose the time earlier (at the start of the task) and sent it to a trust worthy member who can verify it for me. I'm not one to rig games, I prefer people to make their own game/journey but to cover my back I did this.

If nobody claims the pod for a while the person currently in it remains in it. So say for example none of you were online at midday and the time to be in the pod was 12:16pm, and the last person to claim it was Andy at 9:30am then Andy would be the one to win HoH as he would still be in the pod.
