Everyone sees Tim as a "mentor" figure, it's brilliant strategy on his part. I don't know (since I don't watch the feeds) if everyone is oblivious to every other player also seeing him as the mentor, or if they do know but are too stupid to understand the long term strategic implications of everyone seeing him that way.

Apparently Ramsey won POV and saved himself. Brothers replaced him with Tim. Now Maddie and Tim are up for chopping block.
