I've never watched it either, but I did watch Phoenix Nights, which I think it is a spin off from. I really like Peter Kay, so I should watch Max and Paddy.

Max and Paddy is quality. If you like Peter Kay, you will love it. Patrick McGuinness is hilarious also. I wasn't sure if it would be my cup of tea when it first came out, so I didn't bother, but when they did the re-runs on E4, I watched it and absolutely oved it! I would recommend it Ruth.

So, what we all up to today.. I see some of my favourite FMs are on. I'm on the jobcentre website and I got bored, so I figured I would drop in to chat to ya all.

Well, hubby is looking for another job, cuz his job security is an issue at the moment. Too much talk about the firm shutting down. So, he is looking for something that he wont have to worry about not having at xmas! And, I'm looking for something part-time. First I wanna get his sorted out. He has applied for 6 this morning. Then once I know what hours he is working, I can figure out something so that I wont have to rely on babysitters too much.

Good plan.... my hubby when though something similar. His company got taken over by Britannia and he wasnt sure if he would keep his job, be moved to Shropshire, or get paid off..... luckly he's kept it and stayed put. There was no way I would move from Bristol!

Once you are happy where you live, you don't want to move. I agree. Thing is, I suppose we would have better prospects if we lived elsewhere, but we are happy here, and don't want to move. I just hate when you don't know what's happening. In a way it's better if you at least know for definite that the place is going under, then you can be prepared for it. I hate the sense of doom that hangs over you when you don't know what's happening.

As we say up here... "his coat's hanging on a shoogly nail!"

aye, this is true. Thing is, I get so buzzed when I lose every week.. even when it's just a pound. Then when I get stuck in a rut and stay the same for a wee while, or worse, GAIN, I get so rattled about it!

Weightwatchers? But I saw your pic on the TiBB pictures thread? Fair enough, I couldn't see much of you, but you certainly didn't look like you needed to watch your weight! Either way, just try to feel good about yourself.

You'll find that.... you lose a few and then either stick or gain... it's very frustrating!
