I actually don't think Marc was as bad there, he tried to rein Helen in.

But from the preview, he acts like a knob later in the Diary Room later.

...the thing that annoys me is that Helen's so cold about all the nominations/like everyone has to be nominated even if it sucks when she's never had a nomination herself...just no consideration for anyone's feelings at all ...
