Yeah 13 was when the show started taking itself more seriously as a model show tbh, although 14 was such a mess with none of the girls looking like models and it being full of drama which I loved <3

I still think that the show only really declined when they introduced fan voting/guys, because 1-16 were all enjoyable, as was 18 with girls from Britain's Next Top Model vs American Girls (All Stars C17 was a mess though).

VH1 actually did pretty good with their first season, even if Rita was a mess, but I hope they go back to old school messiness again with Tyra back.

I agree that It all kinda went downhill from cycle 13 (not including c14 though)

all stars was a tragic mess with Brittany and Sheena and Camille going so early and people like Kayla and Alexandria making it far, and then the whole Angelea thing too

actually lets say it went downhill from c17

c15 and 16 were alright but nothing particularly memorable

remember in cycle 9 when the girls in beijing had to go shopping for items for a muse fashion show and Bianca told Jenna there were loads of shops down the road and there wasnt

All these throwbacks just show how much this show needs to do a PROPER All Stars - more so than any other show I can think of
They'd literally have about 100+ worthy contestants

C15 gave us Chris and C16 was a cute balance between high fashion and drama. 17 was a flop but I still think 18 was a really good season, lots of drama and the British girls were a scream, especially Alisha <3

I think All-Stars is definitely where it started going down-hill. It's when they started bringing in the stupid tag lines, and the show had officially become a parody of itself.
