he said he had 3 children. He only has two.

Could this mean he is the father of George? or was he including Jay?

If it was Phil, would cause trouble between Heather & Shirly
If it was Darren, would cause trouble between Darren & Libby
If it was Minty, would cause trouble between Minty & Amanda

Wouldn't effect Billy as much as the other guys,
so Im ruling him out (although hes been on screen quite a bit so I dunno).
